There was no mandate against CZM. What there was was consensus, even among the Vote No on 2 campaign leadership, that Alaska needs a Coastal Management program. 2 was defeated under the expectation that the Legislature would create a better program. Alaskans are still waiting on their representatives to follow-through.
We worked with Coastal Realty Homer searching for a recreational property across the Bay from Homer. Both Art and Ken researched and presented several properties to us. With their help we found our little piece of heaven on Kachemak Bay.
